Midland Air Sponsors Midlands Ride for Kids Published on May 15, 2016 Midland Air Service Experts was excited to sponsor the Midlands Ride for Kids last month. This marks the second year that Midland Air has participated in this amazing event that benefits the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the primary nonprofit supporting research into childhood brain tumors. The donations fund free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial aid for families. Midland Air Service Experts gave $1000 to this incredible cause and the nationwide event has collected $559,241.44. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been helping with the event since 2014 and her father’s motorcycle group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids annually. “My dad’s motorcycle group participates every year because they can have a blast and ride motorcycles, all for this incredible cause.” You can see Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider: The philanthropic motorcycle riders may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts isn’t as into the riding part of the event. “We just do it for the kids,” said Rebecca. Midland Air looks forward to being involved in their community and helping with incredible events like the Midlands Ride for Kids.
